Ford Focus ST. Photo: Rudolf Stricker First it was the Mazda RX-8, then the Honda Civic Type R. Now, the Ford Focus ST has become the latest victim of the stringent Euro 5 emission regulation, due to be implemented in January of 2011. The Euro 5 regulation permits no more than 1,000 mg per kilometer of CO, no more than 100 mg per kilometer of total hydrocarbons and no more than 60 mg per kilometer of nitrogen oxides.
